Olives tree roots are passed down from generation to generation of Palestinian where estimated the oldest olive tree in Palestine over 5000 years old.

دائماً ما ترتبط شجرة الزيتون بالارض الفلسطينية لطول عمرها و جذورها التي تتوارث جيل بعد جيل حيث الكبار يرحلون عن الحياة فيما تبقى شجرة الزيتون تعمر و تزداد تجذراً في أعماق الأرض، فهي رمز التجذر و الصمود و الاحقية التاريخية بالمكان. و يقدر عمر أقدم شجرة زيتون في فلسطين بحوالي خمسة آلاف سنة
